摘 要:干旱是影响燕麦高产、稳产的主要因素之一,培育抗旱性强的品种是解决干旱危害的根本途径,快速有效的抗旱鉴定是抗旱育种的关键。对1 111份不同抗旱性的燕麦种质的9个生物学指标进行了分析。结果表明,幼苗习性和旗叶叶相与抗旱性密切相关(P<0.01);株高(rs=-0.058)、有效分蘖(rs=-0.355)与抗旱性呈负相关,其中,有效分蘖与抗旱性呈显著负相关(P<0.01);主穗小穗数(rs=0.212)、主穗粒质量(rs=0.348)、千粒质量(rs=0.533)与抗旱性呈显著正相关(P<0.01),其相关性大小为千粒质量>主穗粒质量>主穗小穗数;主穗长、单株粒质量与抗旱性相关性较低。Drought is one of the main factors affecting the high and stable yield of oat. The cultivation of drought resistant varieties is the fundamental way to solve the serious problem on drought, and quick and effective identification of drought resistance is very important for breeding. 9 biological indexes of total 1 111 oat germplasms with different drought resistance were analyzed in this study. The results showed that seedlings habit, flag leaf phase were closely correlated with drought resistance. Plant height (re = - 0.058, P 〉 0.05 ) was negatively correlated with drought resistance; effective tiller (r~ =-0.355, P 〈 0.01 ) was extremely significant negatively correlated with drought resistance; main spike length (rs = 0.038, P 〉 0.05 ) and grain weight per plant (r~ = 0.055, P 〉 0.05 ) had no correlation with drought resistance; spikelet number of main panicle (r s = 0.2 l:2, P 〈 0.01 ), grain weight of main spike (r~ = 0.348, P 〈 0.01 ) and thousand kernel weight(rs = 0.533, P 〈 0.01 ) were extremely significant positively correlated with drought resistance. The rank of correlations was as follows: thousand kernel weight 〉 grain weight of main spike 〉 spikelet number of main panicle.
