摘　　要：目的:提高消毒供应中心管理水平。方法:运用现代化的管理思想和管理理论,调整充实管理策略。结果:通过管理模式的改革与创新,全面提高了我院消毒供应中心的水平和质量,实施了集中管理目标。结论:消毒供应中心要适应现代医学发展新需求,必须进行管理模式的变革。Objective： To improve the management level of sterilization and supply centre, method ： to use the modern management thoughts and theories, then update and enrich the content of management strategies.Result ： Through the innovation of management system and centralized management, we improved the quality and capacity of our management in sterilization and supply centre, Conclusion ： It is believed that the sterilization and supply centre can satisfy the needs of development in modem medicine and we must reform our administration management model.
