摘　　要：目的:对中心静脉留置导管的护理进行分析和探讨。方法:采取回顾性调查方法,对我院2013年1月到2013年12月收治的慢性肾功不全患者需要置管血液透析病例,对其置管护理进行了分析。结果:置管血液透析的患者无感染的发生及空气栓塞、穿刺点局部皮肤无感染。结论:及时有效的护理能够减少感染的发生和脱出的危险,故值得在临床广泛推广。Objective： to central venous catheter nursing were analyzed and discussed. Methods： by a retrospective study, chronic renal function in our hospital from 2013 January to 2013 December were not all patients required hemodialysis patients catheter, the catheter care were analyzed. Results： catheter hemodialysis patients without infection and air embolism, puncture point without the local skin infection. Conclusion： timely and effective nursing can reduce the risk of infection and extrusion, so it is worth spreading in clinic.
