摘　　要：目的:探讨骨折创伤后并发爆发型脂肪栓塞综合征的早期诊断,早期治疗,提高其治愈率。方法:通过观察15例创伤后爆发型脂肪栓塞综合征的首发脑部症状,确定爆发型脂肪栓塞综合征的早期诊断。结果:多发性骨折后以无颅脑损伤的意识障碍为首发症状、血氧分压下降可作为创伤后爆发型脂肪栓塞综合征的早期诊断指标。结论:通过早期诊断,配以早期高压氧治疗,提高该病的治愈率。Objective： Inquire into Afterfracmre complicated with explosive type fat embolism syndrome of early diagnosis and treat, inerease the rate. Methods.. Throughthe observation of 15 cases the first symptoms of the brain of Aiter the outbreak of traumatic fat embolism syndrome, Its early diagnosis. Results： After multiple fractureWith no conscious disturbance of brain injury as the first symptom and Blood oxygen pressure decreasecan be used as early diagnostic indicators. Conclusions.. Through early diagnosis and treatment, Improve the cure rate of the disease.
