摘  要:目的:探讨BLADE技术在肩关节成像中的应用。方法:使用西门子3.0T磁共振仪和包裹式表面线圈对28名肩关节疾病患者进行常规及BLADE技术扫描。结果:所有患者扫描后所得图像,根据其肩关节影像结构显示的清晰程度分为三级,常规扫描Ⅰ级6例(21.4%),Ⅱ级13例(46.4%),Ⅲ级9例(32.2%);BLADE系列扫描Ⅰ级17例(60.72%),Ⅱ级9例(32.14%),Ⅲ级2例(7.14%)。经卡方检验,x2=10.44,P<0.01,两者差异有极显著意义。结论:应用BLADE系列可以有效的纠正肩关节扫描中的运动伪影,建议必要时可将BLADE系列替代常规中的T2系列。Objective: The study was to discuss BLADE technology in the application of the shoulder joint. Method:There were 28 palients with shoulder joint disease under the Siemens 3.0T using package type surface coil for regular scanning and BLADE technology.Result:The images of the patients were divided into three levels according to the clear degree,in regular scans level I was 6 cases(21.4%)'II level 13 cases(46.4%),III level 9 cases(32.2%);BLADE scanning I level was 17cases(60.72%),grade I! 9 cases(32.14%),grade III 2 cases (7.14%).By chi-square test,X~ =10.44,P〈0.01, there was a significant difference in meaning.Conclusion: BLADE series can effectively correct the motion artifacts in shoulder joint scanning, when necessary conventional BLADE series will replace ofT2 series.
