药物洗脱支架植入术联合氯吡格雷治疗2年冠心病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察药物洗脱支架植入术联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法:将本院的80例冠心病患者分为两组,各40例,对照组患者行金属裸支架联合氯吡格雷治疗,治疗组患者行药物洗脱支架植入术联合氯吡格雷治疗,观察比较治疗2年后患者的急性心血管事件的再发生、死亡、再次住院等不良事件的发生率和血液流变学的指标。结果:治疗2年后,观察组患者不良事件的总发生率为7.5%,低于对照组不良事件的总发生率35.5%,观察组患者的血液流变学的改善情况明显比对照组的好,两组比较差异有统计学意义;治疗前后,观察组患者的血液流变学的变化明显,比较差异有统计学意义。结论:应用药物洗脱支架植入术联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病,能显著降低患者的死亡率,改善患者的生活质量。objective： to observe the drug-eluting stems （des） implantation with clopidogrel therapy the clinical curative effect of coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods： our hospital 80 cases of coronary heart disease patients into two groups, 40 cases, control group patients with bare metal stents with clopidogrel therapy, the treatment group patients with drug-eluting stunts （des） implantation combined therapy with elopidogrel, look for treatment of acute cardiovascular events in patients with 2 years to happen again, death and the incidence of adverse events, such as hospital readmission and index of hemorheology. Results： aRer 2 years, the observation group of patients the total incidence of adverse events was 7.5%, lower than the control group 35.5% the total incidence of adverse events, the improvement of the observation group of patients with blood rheology is obviously better than in the control group, two groups to compare the difference was statistically significant; Before and atter treatment, the observation group of patients with the change of blood rheology, compare the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： the application of drug-eluting stents （des） implantation with elopidogrel therapy of coronary heart disease, can significantly reduce the mortality of patients, improve the patient＇s quality of life.
