舒适护理在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术中的应用效果。方法:将268例符合入组标准的输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术的患者按随机数字表分为常规护理组例和舒适护理组。常规护理组按照常规护理方法护理,舒适护理组在常规护理的基础上再增加舒适护理。比较两组病人术中配合能力、舒适感、护理满意度。结果:舒适护理组病人术中配合、舒适感、满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:舒适护理在在输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术中的应用可以增进病人舒适感,提高术中配合能力,保证手术顺利进行,提高医患满意度。Objective： To observe the application effect of comfortable care on the patients receiving ureteroscopy with holmium：YAG laser lithotripsy. Methods： 268 patients received ureteroscopy with holmium： YAG laser lithotripsy were divided into control group （130 patients） and observation group（138 patients）, the patients in control group were carried out routine nursing. The patients in observation group were carried out comfortable nursing. The effect of nursing were observed. Results： The comfort degree and satisfaction degree of the patients in observation group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Comfortable care has good effct on the patients receiving ureteroscopy with holmium：YAG laser lithotripsy. It is worth application in operating room nursing.
