品管圈活动在急救仪器管理中的应用与效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动在规范急救仪器设备管理中的应用与效果。方法:成立品管圈小组,确定主题,回顾性分析急救仪器管理中存在的问题及原因分析,针对原因制定,并落实管理对策.结果:品管圈活动后,仪器完好率达100%,随时处于应急备用状态,保证了抢救顺利开展,科内所有护士仪器操作能按培训计划完成,达到了急救仪器操作考核要求急救仪器漏登率,护士仪器操作考核,经x^2检验(P<0.05),避免急救仪器漏登和提高仪器操作能力差异具有统计学意义,结论:开展品管圈活动有利于解决急救仪器管理中存在的问题,规范其管理,使急救仪器设备完好率达100%的较好方法,可在急救仪器管理中推广使用.Objective： To investigate the QCC was founded in regulating emergency equipment management application and effect method： QCC team to determine the theme, first aid equipment management retrospectively analyzed the problems and the reasons , forreasonstodevelopandimplementmanagementstrategiesoResults：QCC, equipment intact rate of 100% at any time in an emergency standby to ensure the smooth implementation of the rescueo Division within all nurses instrument operation can be completed by the training program, ~to the first-aid equipment operating assessment requirementSo Emergency equipment retroactive claims ratio, nurse assessment instrument operation by x2 test （P 〈0.05）, to avoid the first-aid equipment and improve equipment operating capacity retroactive claims a statistically significant differenceo Conclusion： carry QCC aid instruments conducive to resolving the problems in management , standardize their management, first aid equipment intact rate of 100 % of the preferred method, can promote the use of emergency equipment management.
