摘　　要：目的:研究高压氧治疗对大脑中动脉梗塞侧肢循环的影响。方法:共100例大脑中动脉侧肢循环梗塞患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例,两组患者针对大脑中动脉梗塞给予常规治疗。结果:治疗8周后,通过每天90min,而改善血液流速,症状减轻行DSA示血管再通,达到治疗效果。高压氧治疗具有安全性、稳定性,患者感觉舒适。结论:高压氧治疗对大脑中动脉侧肢循环再通有显著疗效,值得临床推广。Objective： Hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of cerebral a^rtery infarction side effect of limb circulation fi.mction Methods： A total of 100 cases of middle cerebral artery side limb circulation infarction patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 50 cases in each group, two groups of patients in middle cerebral artery infarction treated with conventional therapy. Results： after 8 weeks treatment, the 90rain daily, and improve the blood flow, reducing their DSA symptoms showed recanalizatinn, achieve the therapeutic effect. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is safety, stability, the patient feels comfortable Conclusion： Hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of middle cerebral artery recanalization limb circulation effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
