摘　　要：护理学术论文是护理研究的文字表达形式，护理论文不仅是一个人护理专业水平的客观体现，也是一所医院在该地区护理舞台上占有何种地位的标志。本文对我院2007～2012年护理发表的论文进行统计分析研究，旨在促进护理论文质量的提高和为医院护理主管部门做护理科研管理和人才培养规划时提供参考依据。Nursing is a nursing research papers written form, nursing thesis is not only the objective manifestation of a personal care professional level, but also a symbol of a hospital occupies what position in the area of the nursing stage. The publication of 2007-2012 years of nursing papers of statistical analysis and study, in order to provide a reference for improve the quality of nursing and hospital nursing administration management and talent cultivation plan of nursing research.
