摘　　要：目的:总结百草枯中毒的临床护理体会。方法:对49例百草枯中毒患者的临床资料与护理措施进行回顾性的分析总结。结果:本组49例患者存活26例,死亡23例,存活率53.06%。结论:对百草枯患者应尽早进行洗胃、吸附、导泻、血液灌流等治疗,可增加毒物的排除,减轻重要脏器的损伤,减少病死率。Objective： to summarize the experience of clinical nursing ofparaquat poisoning.Methods： 49 cases of patients with paraquat poisoning clinical data and nursing measures wereretrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results： of the 49 patients, 26 cases survived, 23 cases died, the survival rate was 53.06%.Conclusion： the paraquat patients should be early gastric lavage, adsorption, catharsis,hemoperfusion treatment, can increase the poison elimination, reduce organ injury, decrease the mortality rate.
