摘　　要：术后疼痛是所有接受手术的患者最为关心的问题之一,完善的术后镇痛不仅可以减轻术后患者的主观痛苦和恐惧,还可以促进机体功能的恢复,有效地预防术后慢性痛及其并发症的发生,从而降低医疗成本。在四肢骨科手术中,神经阻滞麻醉及椎管内麻醉因为操作简便,对患者机体干扰较小而被普遍使用。Postoperative pain is one of the most concerned problems for all surgery patients, improve postoperative pain recief will not only reduse the subjective pain and fear of patients,but also can promote the Physical rehabilitation of the patients ,effectively prevent postoperative chronic pain and its complications, thus reducing the medical cost. In the limbs orthopedics surgery, nerve block anesthesia and spinal anesthesia are widely used on patients because of easy and simple to handle and less disturbance.
