摘　　要：目的:探讨心理治疗对精神分裂症患者自知力的作用。方法:将60例恢复期精神分裂症无自知力的患者随机分为两组,观察组30例和对照组30例,观察组进行药物治疗和常规治疗的同时,再增加心理治疗,对照组为药物治疗与常规治疗,出院时对自知力进行测评,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:观察组患者自知力的恢复高于对照组。结论:心理治疗对精神分裂症自知力的恢复有明显帮助。Ojective：To explore the individual psychotherapyof patients with schizophrenia,self-knowledge force recovery role.Exploration of schizophrenia self-knowledge force influential psychological nursing mode,enlaancing the psychiatric nursing level.Methods：Using the way of interviews, test theindividual psychotherapy joint drug therapy and single drug therapy sisty patients.The patient recovered from management evaluation, the results are statistically analyzed. Results：The psychological nursing joint drug therapy group patients recovery than single self-control drug therapy group, the results are statistically significant. Conelusion： individual psychotherapyof patients with schizophrenia, have the effect of self-knowledge force recove.
