摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动对减少高龄长期卧床患者发生压疮的效果。方法:主题选定,成立品管圈活动小组,进行现状调研,目标设定,原因分析,根因确认,对策制定,对策实施,效果确认,标准化,检讨与改进。结果:开展品管圈活动后,高龄长期卧床患者发生压疮发生率低于活动前(P<0.1)。结论:品管圈活动有效降低了高龄长期卧床患者压疮的发生率。Objective： To investigate the effects of Quality Control Circle activity decrease the rate of the pressure ulcer occurs in long-term bed old patients. Methods： We established a theme and set up the Quality Control group, We followed the steps of current status investigation, goal setting, main causes analysis and determination, making proposed countermeasures and implementation, effectiveness confirmation and standardization, review and improve. Results： After the QCC activity, the rate of the pressure ulcer occurs less than before in long-term bed old patients. Conclusion： QCC activity could decrease the rate of the pressure ulcer occurs in long-term bed old patients.
