摘　　要：目的:探讨肾病综合征合并下肢血管栓塞患者的护理方法。方法:选取2012年5月至2014年8月江西省泰和县人民医院收治8例肾病综合征合并下肢血管血栓形成的患者,在治疗肾病综合征同时加用溶栓疗法及改善护理措施,并观察和分析其效果。结果:患者加用溶栓疗法、严密观察病情及改善护理措施后,没有出现相关的并发症。结论:加强皮肤护理,可缓解血管痉挛,减轻痛苦,加强饮食护理,增加抵抗力,加强心理护理和健康宣教,树立战胜疾病的信心和预防并发症。Objective： To explore the methods of nursing care for the patients with nephrosis syndrome and lower extremity vascular embolism. Method： We selected 8 cases of patients with nephrosis syndrome and lower extremity vascular embolism from 2012 May to 2014 August in Taihe people＇s hospital ,Jiangxi province, At the same time to join the thrombolytic therapy and improve the nursing measures in the treatment ofnephrotic syndrome,then Observation and analysis of its effect. Results Combined with thrombolytic therapy, and improve the strict observation condition of nursing measures, the patients did not appear to be related to complications. Conclusion： To strengthen skin care can relieve vascular spasm, alleviate pain, To Strengthen diet nursing, increase resistance, strengthen the psychological care and health education can establish the confidence to Overcome the disease and prevention of complications.
