摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腔镜辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎的护理方法。方法:我院收治的30例结核性胸膜炎患者经胸腔镜辅助治疗,给予围手术期的护理后,统计治疗效果及满意度。结果:30例患者通过胸腔镜辅助治疗及护理,均未出现并发症,患者满意度明显提高。结论:给予胸腔镜辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎围手术期护理,治疗效果良好,患者满意度高,值得推广。Objective： To explore the nursing methods of video-assisted thoracoscopic treatment of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods： The 30 cases in our hospital of tuberculous pleurisy patients, whom treated by video-assisted thoracoscopic and given the perioperative nursing , then Statistical their effects oftreatment and satisfaction. Results： Tbere were no complications in 30 patients with the thoracoscope assisted therapy and nursing,the satisfaction of patients have improved significantly. Conclusion： Given the perioperative nursing of video-assisted thoracoscopic in tuberculous pleurisy patients, It is worth popularization with the better treatment effect and high patient satisfaction.
