MD疫苗免疫增强剂对MDV感染雏鸡免疫保护力的影响

摘　　要：本试验对鸡疱疹病毒苗(HVT)免疫的1日龄雏鸡和1日龄HVT+马立克氏病(MD)疫苗免疫增强剂免疫雏鸡分别在5日龄和10日龄攻击MD强毒后的免疫保护情况进行了对比观察,结果表明,MD疫苗免疫增强剂可明显提高HVT的免疫效果,使雏鸡提前获得免疫保护,从而降低MD的死亡率和病变阳性率。The immu no-protect of chicken recei ved HVT or HVT +MD vaccine Immunoenhancer(MVI )at 1-day age and challenged with virulent MDV at 5-day age or 10-day age we re comparison observed in this test.The result showed,MVI could obviously rein force immunity of HVT,and beforehand receive the immuno -p rotect of chicken a -gainst to MDV,thus reducing the morlality and positive pathological changes.
