摘 要:目的建立血液中1-(3-三氟甲基苯基)哌嗪(TFMPP)、1-(3-氯苯基)哌嗪(m CPP)的检测方法,并用于实际案件检验。方法 Zn SO4沉淀蛋白后,在p H11条件下,用氯仿/异丙醇(4/1,v/v)提取,采用GC/MS与GC/NPD分析。结果 TFMPP、m CPP回收率均在90%以上,在0.25~20μg/m L浓度范围内线性关系良好,r2为0.999 9,最低检测限为0.135μg/m L。结论本方法回收率高,操作简便,可用于血液中TFMPP、m CPP的提取检测。Objective An GC /MS and GC /NPD method was developed for trifluoromethylphenylpiperazine( TFMPP) and benzylpiperazine( m CPP) in human blood. Methods Using chloroform / isopropanol( 4 /1,V/V) extracted the sample under the condition of alkaline p H11. Evaporated under nitrogen to dry and reconstitute with 100μL methanol prior to GC-MS and GC / NPD analysis. Results The recoveries obtained with this method for TFMPP and m CPP were higher than 90%. The linear range for TFMPP and m CPP in blood was evaluated for the concentrations: 0. 25- 20μg / m L with correlation coefficients 0. 999 9.The limits of detection,based on a signal to noise ratio( S / N) of 3 ∶ 1,were 0. 135μg / m L. Conclusion The method developed had good recovery,matric effect was small and interference was well depurated,it could be applied for separating and extracting TFMPP and m CPP in blood samples with small quantity.
