摘　　要：中国丝绸之路经济带战略既是中国和平崛起战略的重要组成部分,也是甘肃提升区域综合实力的发展机遇。把握好外向型经济发展方向是甘肃实施国家西向开放战略的关键。甘肃外向型经济发展面临外部整体发展环境落后和内部经济基础薄弱两大难题。处在"丝绸之路"黄金段的甘肃必须抢抓历史机遇,探索出一条内陆欠发达省份扩大向西开放、发展开放型经济的新路子。Chinese Silk-road Economic Belt Strategy is not only an important part of the peaceful rise strategy of China , but also the development opportunities in Gansu to enhance the overall regional strength .Holding the development direction of Export -oriented Economy Development is the key to car-ry out the strategy of westward opening -up in Gansu .The Export -oriented Economy Development of Gansu is facing two problems , the backward external environment for development and the weak internal economic base.Gansu, which is located in the golden section of the Silk -road, must seize the historical opportunity and explore a new road to expand westward opening -up and develop the Export-oriented E-conomy as an underdeveloped inland province .
