地方高校科研转型提升的若干思考

摘　　要：高校科研是提高人才培养质量、增强社会服务能力、促进内涵发展的重要支撑。随着信息技术的迅猛发展,转型提升成为地方高校科研发展的必然要求。地方高校在转型提升过程中,面临着科研定位与方向不明、学科专业建设人才与科研平台匮乏、科研改革与创新力度不足等诸多问题。实现地方高校科研转型提升,需要学习和借鉴国内外高校的成功经验,创新地方高校科研管理体制机制,采取多措并举,主动适应地方经济社会发展需要,完善科研政策,优化科研环境,突出应用研究,实现重点突破、特色发展。In tertiary institution,scientific research usually provides important support for improvingits education quality,bettering its social services,and optimizing its fundamental development. With therapid development of information and technology,the transformation and improvement has been becomean inevitable requirement for scientific research development in local universities and colleges. Duringthe process of transformation and development,local universities and colleges are facing many problemswhich include uncertain position and direction of scientific research,lack of talents of discipline estab-lishment and platforms for scientific research,insufficiency in scientific research reform and innovation,and so on. To realize transformation and improvement of the local universities and colleges need tostudy and learn from successful experiences from universities and colleges at home and abroad,createscientific research administration systems,take multiple measures simultaneously,actively meet the re-quirements of local economic and social development,better scientific research policies,optimize researchenvironment,emphasize practical research,and achieve advantaged progress with clear breakthroughs.
