摘　　要：目的探讨肩关节镜下双排缝合方法治疗肩袖损伤的临床疗效。方法对48例肩袖损伤患者采用肩关节镜下双排缝合固定修复肩袖，同时行肩关节镜下肩峰成形及肩峰下滑囊切除，采用美国加州洛杉矶大学（UCLA）功能评分标准进行肩关节术前和术后功能评分。结果所有患者术后均得到随访，随访时间6～18个月，肩关节功能评分：术前平均为11．2分，术后平均为33．9分，其中优4l例，良5例，差2例。结论肩关节镜下双排缝合固定是治疗肩袖损伤的有效方法，固定稳定，有效增加腱骨接触面，促进腱骨愈合。ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic double-row suture anchor fixation on rotator cuff injury.Methods Forty-eight patients with rotator cuff injury un-derwent arthroscopic double-row suture anchor fixation,acromioplasty and subacromial bursal ex-cision.The UCLA shoulder score was used to assess the preoperative and postoperative function. Results All patients were followed up for 6-18 months.The preoperative and postoperative UCLA shoulder scores were 11.2 and 33.9,respectively.Among the 48 patients,shoulder joint function was excellent in 41,good in 5,and poor in 2.Conclusion Arthroscopic double-row suture anchor fixation is effective for rotator cuff injury.The technique can result in stable fixture,in-crease contact surface of tendon-bone,and promote tendon-bone healing.
