摘 要:超吸水性聚合物(SAP)是一类极具应用前景的混凝土内养护材料,高吸水-高释水是其具有内养护功能的关键。以木薯淀粉、丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、水玻璃为主要原料,采用淀粉二元接枝共聚法合成了一种内养护材料(OIM-ICA),研究了水玻璃用量、交联剂用量、反应时间、反应温度等因素对OIM-ICA吸水-保水性能的影响规律。结果表明:合成OIM-ICA吸水率达到268倍,释水率达到87.2%,吸水-释水综合性能优于现有聚丙烯酸盐类聚合物内养护材料;对OIM-ICA的吸水-释水性能影响显著性从高到低依次为:水玻璃用量>单体滴加时间>反应温度>交联剂用量。SEM分析显示:接枝聚合物OIM-ICA具有交错联接的三维网络结构,此结构为内养护材料容纳水分提供了极大空间,为水分子吸收和释放提供了通道。SAP is a kind of concrete internal curing material with wide,extensive,and pentential application prospect.The internal curing effect of SAP is derived from the property of water absorption and release.Using cassava starch,acrylamide,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid,and water glass as raw materials and employing binary graft copolymerization of starch,internal curing materials can be synthesised,called OIM-ICA.The influence of dosage of water glass,of cross-linking agent,reaction time and reaction temperature on water absorbency and water releasing ratio of OIM-ICA was studied.The results show that the water absorbency of OIM-ICA is 260 times and water releasing ratio is 87.2 percent.The property of water absorption and release is better than present Polyacrylic acid salt polymer internal curing materials.The significance of impact on water absorbency and releasing ratio from high to low lists as dosage of water glass,reaction time,reaction tempera-ture,dosage of cross-linking agent.Further SEM analysis shows that OIM-ICA has a cross coupling of three di-mensional network structure which provides internal curing materials with more space to store water and conven-ient channel to absorb and release water.
