摘　　要：秦二世即位年龄,目前史学界有二十一岁和十二岁两种说法。其实二世即位年龄应是二十岁。秦二世生年并非通常所说的公元前230年,而应是前229年。At present, in historian circle there are two views about the age of Emperor Qin II’ s ascendance to throne and his birthday, that is, 21 years old and twelve years old. In fact, the age of Emperor Qin II’ s ascendance to throne is 20, and the year when Emperor Qin II was born is not as is often said 230 B.C., but 229 B.C.
