摘　　要：对2013年9-10月3747病例使用注射用红花黄色素的患者的情况进行调查,有623例在适应症、配药溶媒、用药疗程等方面存在超说明书用药现象.对超说明书用药合理的已有部分纳入院处方集,其他超说明书部分将由药事管理委员会商讨甄选,确保药物的安全、合理使用.Patients in September to October of 2013 treated with Safflor Yellow injections were retrospectively analyzed, there were 623 cases of off-label drug use such as clinical indications, dispensing solvents and courses of treatment. Parts of the reasonable off-label drug use have been written in the prescription set of our hospital. The others will be discussed by the management committee of pharmaceutical affairs, to make sure the safe and rational use of the drug.
