大隐静脉曲张腔内激光凝闭术与传统手术的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较大隐静脉曲张腔内激光凝闭术与传统手术的临床疗效,探讨腔内激光凝闭技术在大隐静脉曲张治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2014年4月,大隐静脉曲张患者72例,根据患者意愿分为腔内激光凝闭术组患者30例和传统手术组患者42例,比较两组患者手术的安全性、术后恢复情况及随访结果。结果两组患者均无术中、术后严重并发症和手术死亡病例;腔内激光凝闭术组手术时间为（40.5±31.2）min,短于传统手术组（64.3±33.1）min;腔内激光凝闭术组术中失血量为（43.2±29.8）ml,显著少于传统手术组（76.1±49.2）ml;腔内激光凝闭术组术后下床活动时间和术后住院时间分别为（7.4±5.3）h和（2.2±1.4）d,短于传统手术组（9.1±6.6）h和（3.4±2.3）d。均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）随访6~24个月,两组患者无复发。结论大隐静脉曲张腔内激光凝闭术安全、有效、美观。Objective To compare the effect of endovenous laser treatment and traditional surgery on varicosis of great saphenous vein.Methods Totally 72 patients（ 40 male and 32 female,aged 36-75 years with a mean age of 51. 6） with varicosis of great saphenous vein treated from January 2010 to April 2014 were divided into 2 groups： the endovenous laser treatment group and traditional surgery group. The operation security,postoperative recovery and follow-up results of these patients were compared.Results While 42 patients receiving traditional surgery,30 patients were given endovenous laser treatment. In both groups,neither severe complication nor death occurred. The operation time（ 40. 5 ± 31. 2） min of the endovenous laser treatment group was shorter than that（ 64. 3 ± 33. 1） min of the traditional surgery group; the blood loss（ 43. 2 ± 29. 8） ml in the endovenous laser treatment group was markedly less than that（ 76. 1 ± 49. 2） ml of the traditional surgery group; and the activity time（ 7. 4 ± 5. 3） h and length（ 2. 2 ±1. 4） d of hospital stay after operation of the endovenous laser treatment group were shorter than those（ 9. 1 ± 6. 6） h and（ 3. 4 ± 2. 3）d of the traditional surgery group. For both groups,no recurrence was found in short-term follow-up.Conclusions Endovenous laser treatment for varicosis of great saphenous vein is safe and effective with the advantage of minimal invasiveness.
