腹膜后孤立性纤维瘤致低血糖症1例

摘　　要：本文报道1例腹膜后孤立性纤维瘤(solitary fibrous tumor in the retroperitoneum,SFTR)伴低血糖患者经手术治愈.免疫组织化学提示CD34、Bcl-2、CD99、Vimentin和Insulin(+);E M A、H M B45、S100和S M A(-)表达.SFTR能过表达胰岛素样生长因子,可能是导致低血糖发生的重要原因;CD34弥漫性阳性是SFT高度特异性标记;完整的手术切除是最好的预后指标.This paper reports a case of patient suffering from a solitary fibrous tumor in the retroperitoneum（SFTR） with hypoglycemia who was cured by surgery.Immunohistochemistry resultsshow that the tumor cells positively expressed CD34,Bcl-2,CD99,Vimentin,and insulin,but were negative for EMA,HMB45,S100,and SMA.The excessive expression of insulin-like growth factor may be an important cause of hypoglycemia in SFTR patients.The diffuse expression of CD34 in the tumor is a highly specific marker of SFT.Complete resection may be the best treatment for such type of patients.
