摘  要:目的:探讨荨麻疹患者氧化损伤与病情的相关性。方法:156例急性荨麻疹(acute urticaria,AU)和128例慢性荨麻疹(chronic urticaria,CU)患者按病情分为轻、中及重度组。收集外周血分别检测丙二醛(MDA)、单一核细胞DNA损伤及总抗氧化能力(T—AOC)水平,观察各指标变化与病情的相关性。结果:①与对照组比较,随着病情加重,外周血MDA及氧化损伤水平增高(P〈0.01);但轻度组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);相同病情Au患者MDA及氧化损伤水平高于CU患者(P〈0.01)。②T—AOC水平检测,与对照组比较随病情加重而降低(P〈0.01);相同病情Au低于CU患者(P〈0.01),随着病情加重T—AOC水平降低。结论:荨麻疹患者机体内存在氧化与抗氧化失衡,氧化损伤程度与患者病程及病情相关。Objective: To investigate the relationship between oxidative damage and urticaria status. Methods: 156 patients with acute urticaria (AU) and 128 patients with chronic urticaria (CU) were divide into mild, moderate and severe groups according to their urticaria status. The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), DNA damage and total antioxidant capacity (T- AOC) were measured, and their correlations to urticaria status were analyzed. Results: The severity of urticaria was positively correlated with both MDA levels and the extent of oxidative damage in peripheral blood (P〈0.01). MDA levels and the ex tent of oxidative damage were not significantly different between mild AU and normal controls (P〉0.05). In the same urticaria status, the MDA levels and the extent of oxidative damage in peripheral blood was higher in AU than in CU (P〈0.01). Moreover, in the same urticaria status, the T-AOC in peripheral blood was lower in AU than in CU (P〈0.01). T-AOC was inversely related to the severity of urticaria in both AU and CU. Conclusion: There is the imbalance between oxidant and antioxidant in patients with urticaria. Oxidative damage is associated with the status and severity of disease.
