复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗神经性皮炎和慢性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏(含0.05%丙酸氯倍他索和0.025%全反式维A酸)治疗神经性皮炎和慢性湿疹的疗效和安全性。方法:240例神经性皮炎和210例慢性湿疹患者分别随机分3组:治疗组(复方丙酸氯倍他索)、对照1组(0.05%丙酸氯倍他索)和对照2组(0.025%维A酸),每天早晚各1次,连续用药4周。结果 :治疗组治愈率及有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组和对照1组不良反应发生率轻微,对照2组不良反应发生率较高。结论:复方丙酸氯倍他索治疗神经性皮炎和慢性湿疹安全有效,临床效果明显优于单用0.05%丙酸氯倍他索霜及0.025%维A酸软膏。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of compound clobetasol propionate for the treatment of neurodermatitis and chronic eczema. Methods： 240 patients with neurodermatitis and 210 patients with chronic eczema were divided into three groups. Patients in the treatment group were treated with compound clobetasol propionate while group treated with 0.05% clobetasol propionate served as control group 1, and those treated with 0.025% tretinoin served as control group 2. Treatments were given twice daily for 4 weeks. Results： Both cure rate and effective rate in the treatment group were higher than that in the control groups （P〈0.01）. The incidence of adverse reaction in both treatment group and control 1 group was lower than that in the control 2 group. Conclusion： Compound clobetasol propionate is an effective and safe topical agent for neurodermatitis and chronic eczema.
