摘 要:目的在ANSYS Workbench中用不同的局部连接处理方法对某复杂薄壳结构进行模态分析,结合模态试验,研究不同局部连接处理方法的特点。方法分别在实体单元分析和面单元分析下,用两种不同的简化方法处理关注的局部连接,建立相应的有限元模型进行模态计算,得到4种分析情况下的有限元计算结果 ,并通过实际模态试验对不同的计算结果进行了对比验证。结果通过比较有限元计算结果与模态试验结果 ,验证了不同局部连接处理方法计算结果的准确性,并总结了不同方法的优缺点和适用性。结论本文中的局部连接处理方法研究,为复杂薄壳结构的动态特性分析提供了理论指导,也为同类产品的结构动态设计与优化提供了理论依据。Objective To study the characteristics of different ways on local connection processing of a complex thin shell structure based on modal analysis by using ANSYS Workbench and comparing with the modal test.Methods Solid element and surface element were used to analyze the model. In each case,two different simplified methods were used to process the local connection on the concerned part of the model. Four different finite element models were established in different situations,and the modal test was made to verify the validity of the computational results. Results By comparing the computational results with the actual modal test result,the validity and applicability of different ways of local connection processing were verified. Conclusion The study on local connection processing in this paper can provide the theoretical guidance for the dynamical characteristics analysis of a complex thin shell structure,and serve as a theoretical basis for designing and improving similar structures.
