摘 要:在深基坑工程的设计中,必须考虑基坑开挖引起的变形满足周边建筑物的要求。基坑设计的关键从强度控制转变为变形控制。结合广州某基坑工程,对深基坑紧邻建筑物施工的变形监测结果进行了分析。主要结论如下:1)基坑设计的变形控制核心是变形的动态控制,变形控制的重点不应仅放在对最终变形值的控制上,更应进行全施工过程的变形动态控制;2)需严格控制紧邻建筑物侧深基坑的施工,选择合理的基坑支护设计和施工方案对周围建筑物的结构安全至关重要。It is necessary to consider that the additional deformation caused by excavation can meet the strict re- quirements of the surrounding buildings in the design of deep foundation pit. The key of pit design is changed from strength control to deformation control. The deformation monitoring results of the existing buildings are analyzed, combining with the construction of a deep foundation pit near to the existing buildings in Guangzhou. Main conclu- sions are as follows: 1) the core of deformation control is the dynamic deformation control. Deformation control should not only focus on the control of the final deformation value, but also focus on the deformation dynamic control of the whole construction process. 2) the construction of the deep foundation pit adjacent to the existing buildings should be strictly controlled. Rational support design and construction program of the deep foundation pit are impor- tant for the structural safety of the surrounding buildings.
