摘　　要：新中国成立初期,根据党中央的决定,内蒙古开展了大规模的司法改革运动。这场运动清理和批判了旧法思想,清除了旧司法作风,深刻教育了广大司法人员,基本上划清了新旧法律和法律观点的原则界限。同时,改造和整顿了各级司法机关,基本上解决了司法机关存在的政治不纯、组织不纯和思想不纯的问题,提高了司法机关在人民群众中的威信。A large-scale judicial reform campaign was carried out in Inner Mongolia at the preliminary stage of the foun- ding of The People＇s Republic of China in accordance with the decision of the CPC Central Committee. The campaign cleared up the old judicial concepts with criticism and got rid of the old judicial styles, which rendered a thorough education to the general judicial members and basically made a demarcation line of principles between the old and new laws of legal concepts. Meanwhile, the campaign rectified the judicial institutions at different levels, which basically improved the impurity in politics, organizations and ideolo~ existinz in these judicial institutions and uplifted the institutions＂ prestige among the people.
