摘　　要：以工程实例分析了整流器带电瞬间二极管反向击穿的原因,通过具体实验测试的数据显示:只有增加TVS双向晶闸管抑制过电压的效果明显。The reasons of reverse breakdown of rectifier diode element when transient charging were analyzed by taking the project as an example in this pa- per, and concrete experimental data showed that the effect of over - voltage suppression was obvious by using TVS.
