摘 要:涤纶纤维具有许多优良的性能,已被广泛应用于造纸业,可制备过滤及绝缘材料,但涤纶纤维是疏水纤维,其在湿法成型过程中在水中不能均匀分散,影响了成纸匀度进而影响了纸张的强度,本文采用Na OH及十二烷基苯磺酸钠对涤纶纤维进行表面处理,考察了纤维经处理后在水中的分散效果及结晶性的变化,研究了其成纸性能,得出涤纶纤维经两种不同方法处理后成纸的抗张强度有所提高,而介电强度变化不大的结论。There are many excellent properties of polyester fiber, which was used in paper making industry extensively, such as to make filtering and insulating materials. However, it is a kind of hydrophobic fiber, and can not be dispersed evenly in the water during the wet forming process, which influences the evenness and strength of paper. Surface treatment of polyester fiber by sodium hydroxide and dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid, the dispersion of polyester fiber and degree of crystallinity of PET fiber were investigated for papermaking. It was concluded that tensile strength of paper which was made of polyester fiber treated by two different methods increased, and dielectric strength of the paper changed slightly.
