舒心胶囊对模型大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究舒心胶囊对血液流变学的影响。方法 :随机将动物分为正常对照组,心肌缺血模型组,舒心胶囊大、中、小剂量组,复方丹参片组。前两组灌胃生理盐水,舒心胶囊组按大(2.4 g/kg)、中(1.2 g/kg)、小(0.4 g/kg)灌胃给药,复方丹参片组给药90 mg/kg。连续7 d。检测各组血细胞比容、全血黏度、血浆黏度。结果:与模型组比较,舒心胶囊中剂量组、大剂量组能显著降低心肌缺血模型大鼠的全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:舒心胶囊具有明显改善心肌缺血大鼠多项血液流变学指标的作用。Objective：To study the effect of Shuxin capsule on hemorheology. Methods：Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,myocardial ischemia model group,Shuxin capsule high dose group,Shuxin capsule middle dose group,Shuxin capsule low dose group and compound Danshen tablets group. Rats in normal control group and model group were given normal saline. The Shuxin capsule groups were given Shuxin capsules by gavage. The doses of the high,middle and low dose groups were respectively2.4 g/kg,1.2 g/kg and 0.4 g/kg. The compound Danshen tablets group was given compound Danshen tablets,90 mg/kg. The saline and medicine was given for 7 days. Then the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and haematocrit were checked. Result：Compared with the model group,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and haematocrit of Shuxin capsule middle dose and high dose group were significantly decreased（P 〈0.05,P 〈0.01）. Conclusion：Shuxin capsule can significantly improve the hemorheology indexes of rats with myocardial ischemia.
