摘  要:目的:比较不同栽培居群忍冬植株形态特征,探讨忍冬植物形态特征变异与环境因素的相关性。方法:选择山东、河北、河南等6个栽培区域内的同一生长年限的忍冬居群,分别测定其株高、株围、枝条长度、枝条直径、叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶片长宽比、花蕾长度、花蕾直径、花蕾干重等形态特征指标,同时记录各栽培居群所处地块的经纬度、海拔高度、年均气温、年降水量、年日照时数等,采用SPSS统计软件对其进行分析。结果:不同栽培居群忍冬植株的各种形态特征指标均有变异,但变异程度不同。环境因素对忍冬植株形态特征具有重要影响,尤以土壤的影响最大。栽培措施对植株形态特征的影响有时远大于环境因素的影响。结论:影响植株形态特征变异的因素既包括遗传因素、环境因素,也包括栽培管理措施。植株形态特征可作为忍冬种质区分、良种选育及药材道地性研究的重要参考依据。Objective:To explore the correlation between morphological variation of lonicera japonica and the environmental factors by observing and comparing the morphological characteristics of lonicera japonica from different cultivated populations. Methods:Choose lonicera japonica of the same age from six cultivated populations(Shandong,Hebei,Henan,etc.) and determined their morphological characteristics index,such as plant height,plant diameter,branch length and diameter,leaf length and width,leaf aspect ratio,bud length and diameter,dry weight of buds,etc. At the same time,recorded the longitude and latitude,altitude,annual average temperature,annual rainfall,annual sunshine hours,etc. of the cultivated sites. Analyzed the data by SPSS statistical software. Result:Variations existed in various morphological characteristics of lonicera japonica from different cultivated populations,but the variation extents were different. Environmental factors,especially the soil,have important influence on botanical morphological characteristics of lonicera japonic. The influence of cultivation measures on botanical morphological characteristics sometimes was more greater than the influence of environmental factors. Conclusion:Not only genetic and environmental factors had influence on botanical morphological characteristics,but also the cultivated measures. The botanical morphological characteristics can be taken as an important reference for quality differentiating,breed selecting and purity research of lonicera japonica.
