摘　　要：以构建和谐社会为指导，论述了高校图书馆流通阅览部门在构建和谐社会中的作用，分析了当前制约高校图书馆构建和谐流通阅览服务环境的主要因素，指出了高校图书馆构建和谐流通阅览服务的途径。Guided by the construction of a harmonious society, this paper discusses the role of the cir- culation department of the university library in the construction of a harmonious society, analyzes the main factors restrict the university library from constructing harmonious circulation service environ- ment, at the same time, points out the ways for the construction of harmonious circulation service in the university library.
