摘　　要：男女平等在政治领域的体现是社会文明进步的重要标志,也是社会主义民主政治的重要体现。妇女参与决策与管理在性别上可以与男性形成互补,利用各自的优势使决策更加完善。但目前由于受经济、文化等因素的影响,致使妇女的政治参与权利在政治生活中仍然存在着被漠视和虚化的情形,特别是在参与决策和管理方面存在严重不足,影响了社会主义的政治文明建设。为了促进社会主义民主政治的发展和社会的全面进步,必须重视妇女参与决策和管理的权利。The reflection of gender equality in political sphere is an important symbol of social civilization and progress,it is also an important manifestation of socialist democracy. Women＇s participation in decision-making and management can complement the men＇s disadvantage in sex. They can use their respective strengths to make the decision-making more perfect. Nowdays,because of the existence of economic, cultural and other factors, women＇s political rights to participate in political life is still ignored and blurred, especially the decision-making and management is serious inadequate , which have affected the construction of socialist political civilization . In order to promote the development of Socialist democratic politics and the overall progress of social, we must pay attention to women＇s rights of participation in decision-making and management.
