摘  要:针对聚丙烯(PP)进行毛细管流变实验,利用Origin软件拟合得出了Bird-Carreau黏度模型特性参数。使用Polyflow软件对塑料微管挤出成型进行数值模拟,分析了注气压力对微管截面尺寸、压力场、速度场的影响,并确定了合理的注气压力范围。结果表明,随着注气压力的增加,微管管径增加,壁厚减小。The rheology testing of polypropylene (PP) with the capillary rheometer was conducted, and characteristic parameters of Bird-Carreau viscosity model were fitted out by Origin software. The numerical simulation for plastic microtube extrusion molding was carried out by use of Polyflow software. Effects of the gas injection pressure on the section size of microtube, pressure field and velocity field were analyzed, so the reasonable range of gas injection pressure was determined. Results showed that with the increasing gas injection pressure, the section size of microtube increased and the wall thickness of microtube decreased.
