摘  要:选取碳微球(CMS)和中间相碳微球(MCMS)作为阻燃剂,分别与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)复配制备了CMS/PET和MCMS/PET复合材料,通过扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱、差示扫描量热法、热重分析仪、极限氧指数仪等分析并对比了两种复合材料的结构和性能。结果表明,CMS/PET和MCMS/PET复合材料的结构较为相似,但前者的热稳定性与极限氧指数均优于后者,CMS更适合作为PET的阻燃添加材料使用。In this study, ,carbonmicrospheres (CMSs) and mesocarbonmicrospheres (MCMSs) as flame retardants were added into polyethylene terephthalate (PET) matrix to prepare CMSs/PET and MCMSs/PET composites respectively. Then the structure and properties of the two type of composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectra, differential scanning calorimetry, thermal gravimetric analysis and limit oxygen index tester. The results showed that: the structure of CMSs/PET composite and that of MCMSs/PET composite was similar, but the thermal stability and limiting oxygen index of the former were better than that of the latter. Thus CMSs were more suitable as the flame retardant for PET than MCMSs.
