摘  要:研究了三种不同助硫化剂三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)、N,N'-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)对过氧化二异丙苯硫化聚丙烯/茂金属聚烯烃(PP/POE)热塑性弹性体的影响。结果表明,三种助硫化剂均能提高PP/POE的交联程度,同样添加量的助硫化剂对定伸应力、拉伸强度的提高影响为:TAIC>HVA-2>TMPTMA,对断裂伸长率、撕裂强度、压缩永久变形的影响为:TMPTMA>HVA-2>TAIC。The effects of three different assistant vulcanizing agents on the properties of polypropylene (PP)/polyolefin elastomer (POE) thermoplastic elastomers vulcanized by dicumyl peroxide were investigated, which included trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate (TMPTMA), triallyl isocyanurate (TALC), N, N-m-phenylene dimaleimide (HVA-2). The results showed that the three kinds of assistant vulcanizing agents could increase the degree of cross linking of PP/POE. With the same content of assistant vulcanizing agent, the order of influence of assistant vulcanizing agent on stretching strength and tensile strength of PP/ POE was : TAIC〉HVA-2〉TMPTMA, and the order of influence of assistant vulcanizing agent on elongation at break, tear strength and compression set was: TMPTMA〉HVA-2〉TAIC.
