补肾益气中药对运动大鼠血浆血管紧张素II及尿蛋白等指标的影响

摘　　要：为探讨运动性蛋白尿的防治方法,精选了由丹参、黄芪等组成的补肾益气中药干预大鼠,5周后,在不同状态下处死大鼠,测定其血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ水平和尿液白蛋白(Alb)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)浓度。结果表明,训练组和中药组与对照组相比,在安静和力竭状态下,血浆AngⅡ水平显著降低;力竭状态尿液Alb及β2-Mg浓度显著降低。中药训练组与训练组相比,无论在安静状态下还是在力竭状态下,血管紧张素Ⅱ水平均显著降低;力竭状态的尿液Alb及β2-MG浓度显著降低。Control methods to explore the movement of protein in the urine, a selection of rats by Salvia miltiorrhiza and Astragals＇ composed of Bushen Yiqi Chinese medicine, after 5 weeks, rats were killed in different conditions, the content of the plasma angiotensin Ⅱ levels and urinary albumin（Alb）, beta 2 micro globulin（beta 2 MG） concentration. The results show that, the training group and Chinese medicine group compared with the control group, in the quiet and exhausted, the plasma AngⅡ level decreased significantly; exhaustive state of urine Alb and beta 2-Mg concentration significantly decreased. Traditional Chinese medicine training group compared with the training group, whether in a quiet state or in the exhausted state, angiotensin Ⅱ levels were significantly reduced; exhaustive urine Alb and beta state 2 MG concentrations decreased significantly.
