摘　　要：介绍昆钢新区棒材连轧生产线的生产工艺及平面布置.着重介绍了该生产线采用的热送热装、无孔型轧制、切分轧制、控制轧制及控制冷却工艺等多项节能新工艺和新技术,新工艺的应用降低了生产成本,提升了市场竞争力,为昆钢带来了良好的经济效益.The production technology and the plane layout of the continuous bar rolling line in Kunming Iron and Steel Company are introduced, the line uses a number of new energy - saving technologies. It mainly introduces the hot delivery and hot charging, grooveless rolling, splitting roiling, controlled rolling and controlled cooling processes, these processes can reduce the production cost, enhance the market competitiveness, and bring good economic benefits for the company.
