摘　　要：近年来随着重庆江北国际机场国际航线的迅速增加,动植物疫情随入境人员携带物传入我国的风险日趋突出。本文通过对重庆机场口岸2013年植物类禁止进境携带物检疫查验数据分析,根据截获物数量、截获率、疫情截获量3个指标,将所有通航的15个来源国家或地区划分为高、中、低3个风险等级,并提出了相应的检疫管理措施和未来发展建议,为重庆航空口岸有效拦截外来有害生物入侵、合理分配检力、提高口岸通关速度提供科学的决策支撑。The risk of carrying animal and plant pests to China with the luggage of entry passengers is enlarged significantly with the rapid increasing of the number of international airlines in Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport. This article analyzed the data of inspection and quarantine to the luggage of the entry passengers of Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport in 2013 and ranked the risk of all the 15 counties or regions which had the direct flights between Chongqing as high, average or low on the three indicators—the number of intercepted items prohibited from entering into China, the rate of this interception and the number of pests quarantined by plant inspection and quarantine laboratory, besides, some quarantine and management measures and development advisement were offered as the authoritative assistance to intercepting bio-invasion effectively, assigning work properly and improving the speed of inspection and quarantine greatly in Chongqing Airport.
