摘　　要：粮油安全面临着严峻的形势,本文通过对粮油工程专业人才培养现状与存在问题的分析,重点探讨了天津科技大学粮油工程专业人才培养目标、课程体系改革和实践教学体系完善等内容。Grain and Oil quality and safety faced grim situation, therefore, the present situation and the problems of talents training of grain and oil engineering were analyzed in this paper. On the basis of the above analysis, the construction of training objectives, the reformation of curriculum system and the improvement in practical teaching system of Grain and Oil Engineering in Tianjin University of Science and Technology were particularly discussed.
