Objective To study the nutritional status of COPD model for well the effects of protein catabolism. Methods 80 cases in our hospital to foster healthy Wistar rats related data were analyzed, and the experiment, the rats were randomly divided into two groups, control group for rats, normal nutrition intervention group intravenous TNF alpha McAb, compared two groups of nutrition state model well protein decomposition. Results The experimental group rats PEF index (20.46±2.56)mL/S, FEV0.3 index for (3.69±0.37)mL, FEV0.3 / FVC index for (60.8±4.61)%, the rats were lower than control group (P〈0.05); Experimental rats plasma glucose (7.1±0.9)mmol/L tendency, triglycerides index for l (0.98±0.11)mmol/L tendency for l, were higher than control group (P〈0.05); Albumin index for (27.6±1.0)g/L, lower than the control group rats (P〈0.05); TNF- a concentration in the experimental group rats diaphragm for (31.58±0.98)pg/mL, rib inside muscle homogenate of TNF - a concentration of (29.88±1.30)pg/mL, were higher than control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion TNF alpha is cause malnutrition and COPD rats well one of the reasons for protein catabolic rate increases.
