自制生肌膏对老年肛肠病患者术后伤口愈合和营养状态的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨自制生肌膏对老年肛肠病患者术后伤口愈合和营养状态的影响。方法选取2012年3月～2014年3月在我院手术治疗的80例老年肛肠病患者，随机分为观察组（术后自制生肌膏纱布条填塞伤口）和对照组（术后凡士林纱布条填塞伤口），各40例。观察及比较两组患者术后伤口愈合时间、渗液消失时间和全身营养状况。结果观察组患者术后伤口愈合时间、渗液消失时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者术后第3天血清TP、Alb、PA及Hb水平均较术前1d显著下降（P＜0.05）；观察组患者术后第10天血清TP、Alb、PA及Hb水平较术后第3天显著升高（P＜0.05），而对照组则差异不显著。两组手术前后Hb水平比较差异不显著。结论老年肛肠病患者术后伤口采用自制生肌膏治疗，疗效显著，能加速患者伤口愈合，恢复全身营养状况。Objective To investigate the influences of self-made gynogenic ointment on postoperative wound healing and nutritional status in elderly patients with anorectal diseases.Methods 80 elderly patients with anorectal diseases underwent the surgical treatment from March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group （postoperative wound packing by self-made gynogenic ointment gauze） and control group （postoperative wound packing by vaseline gauze）, each group had 40 cases. The postoperative wound healing time, wound effusion disappearance time and nutritional status of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results The postoperative wound healing time and wound effusion disappearance time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The serum TP, Alb, PA and Hb levels of patients in two groups at the third day after operation were significantly decreased compared with at 1d before operation （P〈0.05）; The serum TP, Alb, PA and Hb levels of patients in the observation group at the tenth day after operation were significantly increased compared with at the third day after operation（P〈0.05）, but the differences were not significant in the control group. The difference was no significant in Hb level of two groups between before and after operation.Conclusion Elderly patients with anorectal diseases using self-made gynogenic ointment packing wound after operation has obvious curative effect, can accelerate the wound healing, restore the nutritional status.
