体型与精索静脉曲张关系的研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨不同体型与精索静脉曲张发病之间可能存在的关系。方法收集2014年1～10月73例本院收治的精索静脉曲张患者与104例非精索静脉曲张体检患者的临床资料。所有患者均经过病史采集、体检及阴囊B超检查以明确病情及分期。将精索静脉曲张组（实验组）与对照组的年龄、体重、身高及体重指数（BM I）进行统计学分析，实验组中不同级别的患者同样依据上述指标进行相互比较，分析可能存在的影响精索静脉曲张严重程度的指标。结果实验组与对照组的体重、BM I比较，差异均有显著性统计学意义（P均＜0．05），但在年龄、身高上差异均无统计学意义（P均＞0．05）。不同级别的精索静脉曲张患者中，年龄、身高、体重及BMI 4个指标差异均无统计学意义（P均＞0．05）。结论体型瘦弱的人较容易出现精索静脉曲张，而瘦弱程度与病情的严重程度并不成正比。身高对精索静脉曲张发病的影响不大。Objective To evaluate the possible association between varicocele and body type .Methods A number of 73 patients with varicocele underwent history taking ,physical examination ,and scrotal ultrasound to determine the presence and severity of varicocele ,and 104 male without varicocele were included in the age-matched control group .The age ,weight , height ,and body mass index （BMI） of the two groups were compared .The indexes were also compared between patients with different grades of varicocele .The data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 19 .0 .Results There were significant differ-ences in body weight and BMI （P= 0 .013 ,and P= 0 .003 ,respectively） between the varicocele group and control group . There were no differences in all these parameters between patients with different grades of varicocele .Conclusions Leaner man seems to be more susceptible to varicocele ,but the severity of varicocele has no significant connection with weight and BMI .Body height is not associated with the incidence of varicocele .
