浅谈黑龙江省森林工业总局县级种苗质检站的建设思考

摘　　要：黑龙江省森工林区种苗质检工作在不断推进和完善,但基础设施及设备设施仍较简陋,不能满足《林木种苗质量监督检验机构建设规定》的有关要求。有的林业局连一些最基本的种检仪器都没有,有的林业局甚至没有独立的种苗质检机构。因此,本文拟在方正林业局、红星林业局、柴河林业局、海林林业局、鹤立林业局等5个林业局,按照国家对县级种苗质检站建设的要求进行质检站的设计和思考,以满足黑龙江省建设现代林业的需要。Heilongjiang forest industry region seed quality is in the continuous development and improvement of infrastructure and equipment and facilities but still primitive. Meanwhile,it can＇t meet the requirement of ＂tree seedlings of quality supervision inspection authority under construction＂. Even some of the most basic kinds of forestry seized equipments are not and some do not even in the seed forestry inspection agency. Therefore,the particle intends founder forestry,Hongxing forestry,Chaihe forestry,Hailin forestry and heli Forestry. According to thoughts on the construction for quality inspection station of county level in heilongjiang province forest industry central office to meet the needs of modern construction in Heilongjiang province.
