摘　　要：目的探讨下腹手术史行腹式输卵管结扎术并发症、手术意外及后遗症的原因、预防措施及处理方法。方法回顾性分析67例下腹部手术史行输卵管结扎术并发症及后遗症的成因及防治措施。结果对67例下腹部手术史行腹式输卵管结扎患者的各种并发症、手术意外、后遗症采取相应的措施和处理。结论严格把握有下腹手术史腹式输卵管结扎术的适应证,严格遵守手术操作规程,开展术前心理咨询和指导是预防各种并发症,提高手术质量的有效方法。Objective To investigate the history of abdominal operation complications,ligation of fallopian tube after abdominal operation accident sequelae,causes,preventive measures and treatment methods. Methods Retrospective analyze 67 cases of lower abdominal surgical tubal ligation complications and sequelae causes and prevention measures. Results In 67 patients with various complications,take measures and treatment according to their sequelae of operation accident. Conclusion Strictly comply to the abdominal tubal ligation surgery indications and the operation rules of operation,carry out preoperative psychological counseling and guidance can prevent the complications and improve the operation quality.
