摘　　要：目的用HPLC法测定枣仁安神胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量。方法以流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸洗脱,柱Inertsil＋ ODS-3（5μm,4.6×250mm）,检测波长286nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0mL·min^-1。结果丹酚酸B在0.1065~2.130μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.99994。结论本法重现性好能准确定量,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of effective components in Zaoren Anshen Capsules by HPLC.METHODS Hesperidin,Honokiol and Magnolol were isolated with acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4,The chromatographic conditions were： Inertsil＋ ODS-3 column,detecting wavelength at 286 nm,flowing rate of 1mL·mL^-1and the column temperature of 30℃.RESULTS A good Linearity of salvianolic acid B was in the range of 0.1065 ~ 2.130μg respectively.CONCLUSION The method is accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quantitative analysis for this preparation.
